Well, I finally got the internet back for good, after, what, 6 months? Plans for re-construction shall now begin, including a new plot and a new stats system. And hopefully some more fine-tuned rules. Love!

Happy New Year to all of you out there! I hope the past year has gone well for everyone. Sadly, the first news update by me comes with some bad news -- Rae has been temporarily disconnected, and as a result, has left Shoe and I to take over while she's gone. Hurry back Rae!
In the meantime, we're still not seeing the activity we'd like. Come on people, post! I'd really rather not have to bury your spiffy charries. v_v

- Just a little update this time. Please welcome our newest co-owner, Shoe! She'll be helping Laura and I plan the secret plot we are planning for you guys. Keep your eyes peeled!
- Plans to make Grey Haze a website are under-way. Also, I'd like to make note that once we gain at least 30 active members, I am hoping to move Grey Haze to ezboard with a gold subscription, which means ad-free roleplaying! (Proboards is our current forum for their small ads and because it was where Grey Haze started at, incase anyone was wondering.)

- Prospective Members! It should, hopefully, give you a little more insight as to why Grey Haze is not your average roleplay.
- Also, there is a thread in the Exnomin territory summoning any wolf interested in joining the pack! It is need of members. On that note, it would also be really great to see players form a second pack for use in plots already planned upon.

- New season! It is now fall. All characters have been burried with the reformation of Grey Haze. If you were a member and are still interested in playing your character, let one of the owners know. All IC threads have been locked.
Member Updates (1 sub-board) The place for members to notify the staff of important updates, relating to both IC and OOC. This includes things along the lines of pack updates, player absences, and anything else you want to tell us so that we know what is going on with you, the players, and your characters. This is also the place to find our Application Submission sub-board.
Plot Development Develop your plots with other players, let others know about characters who need players, or anything else pertaining to Grey Haze's IC development. Just remember: this is not the place for applications (there is a place for that on the Member Updates board).
The Exnomin Alphas: Nemisis, Loki The Exnomin territory spans across the northern regions, including the north-eastern arc of the Adrian Mountains, the eastern corner of Foxglade Valley, and a section of Ryvan Forest. Both valley and forest blend into a pine woodland as elevation increases with the rise of the Adrian Mountains. There is a continuous fog covering the lower-elevations, making travel difficult for strangers, but this fog gradually fades away near the crater of Mount Dereika. This mountain, though actually an enormous but dead volcano, lies at the heart of the territory. The peak of Mount Dereika was blown-off long ago, replaced with a moderately sized crater which now acts as the main den site area. Aside from the underground passages known only to the Exnomin wolves, the only route in is a single opening cut into crater’s extraordinarily high walls. Through this, a single river flows, fed by the melted snows of winter from various tributaries. Moderators: Nemisis, Loki
The Mithiâ [C Alpha: Cain The Mithiâ pack is located in the Shadecreep swamp. The main area of the pack's territory is at the base of the mountains to the west. The territory is usually shrouded in heavy fog from the swamp waters, and takes a wolf accustomed to the land to navigate between the solid ground and the murky waters. Reeds peer out from the waters and spongy earth provides walkways for wolves. The pack's den is a cave in one of the mountain's base, accessible via a large spit of land in the swamp. Relief from the murky, muddy swamp water is found at the river that is the northern border of the pack land. The bank of the river belongs to the Mithiâ wolves, but beyond that is fair game. Adrian Mountains A rather large mountain range, the Adrian Mountains stand to the west of Shadecreep Swamp and Foxglade Valley. The highest peaks are snowy, but lower elevations offer a variety of habitat. Rocky terrain gives way to little vegetation, yet other areas are covered in dense pine forest. Tiny waterfalls spill into small streams here and there, forming tributaries that lead to Shadecreep and Foxglade, and every once in a while, a small meadow can be found between the peaks of the mountains.
Foxglade Valley A beautiful meadow, it lies between the Adrian Mountains and the Ryvan Forest. Deer often venture here to graze, and the emerald grasses are tall, filled with small creatures such as rabbits and pheasants. Every day the valley wakes to a silver mist that fades away quickly with the rise of the sun. Winding through the valley is a creek, the water nothing but pure mountain runoff, cool and refreshing.
Ryvan Forest A large deciduous forest of various trees, it is home to deer and other wildlife. Small, grassy glens are to be found here and there throughout the territory. The green lands separate Foxglade Valley from Shadecreep Swamp, and stretches along the eastern edges of both regions until the Ryven Forest meets with the Adrian Mountains in the far north and the far south.
Shadecreep Swamp A large swamp, south of Foxglade Valley, Shadecreep in a mysterious land. Though it is a swampland, the water level is relatively low, and dry patches of soil are rather common. Moss hangs loosely from the trees, and tall reeds fill the murky waters. The marsh trees reach high into the sky where their branches block a good deal of sunlight, and in the mornings, a thick fog settles upon the land, making the area difficult to navigate.
The Dogpile ...And we don't mean a pile of dogs, either. Promote Grey Haze, affiliates, tests, ads, and other bunk. Advertising Rules 1. If you wish to advertise at Grey Haze, you may only do so on this board. 2. Use common sense. If we find just reason to delete your advertisement, we will. 3. No porn. No neopets or the like.
